Location: Manhattan 3B Digital, an up and coming e-consulting and web development firm in New York is looking to fill the position of Executive Producer. The person hired for this position will need to have a proven track record in building and maintaining a Production Department within a Web Development/Interactive Agency. |

As a Manager, the EP will participate in development of Company Strategies and translate into Production Departments day to day operations. | ||
|
|||
|
Establish Production/Project Management procedures and guidelines. | ||
|
|||
|
Provide clients with high-level project consultation, management and vision in executing Internet strategies. | ||
|
|||
|
Oversee and manage development of Requirements Documents for all projects. | ||
|
|||
|
Oversee projects to ensure on time delivery, profitability and achieve quality assurance and usability standards. | ||
|
|||
|
EP will act as primary client contact and responsible for sign off on all Project Milestones and Changes of Scope. | ||
|
|||
|
Collaborate with Director, BD and CS in the generation of proposals and pitch strategies for existing and new accounts. | ||
|
|||
|
Manage, motivate and mentor Web Producers. | ||
|
|||
|
Recommend staffing needs to Director, BD and CS. | ||
|
|||
 |
|||
|
Five (5) to seven (7) years of Production / Project Management experience, of which three (3) years must be at an Interactive Agency. | ||
|
|||
|
Ability to translate complex business issues and objectives into executable Web development strategies. | ||
|
|||
|
Proven track record of managing successful small and large projects for a diverse client base. | ||
|
|||
|
Strong Leadership skills with direct supervision and management of a production team. | ||
|
|||
|
Detailed understanding of Creative and Technical issues in relation to Web Development and how the two processes integrate. | ||
|
|||
|
Extraordinary conceptual, verbal and written communications skills. | ||
|
|||
|
Excellent time management and problem solving capabilities. | ||
|
|||
|
BA/BS or equivalent experience. | ||
|
|||
|
Fluent knowledge of PC/MAC platforms, MS Word, Excel, Project, browsers, HTML, JAVA, FLASH, Photoshop, Illustrator and Visio. | ||
