CHALLENGE:
Take an outdated manual process of taking orders by phone and entering data into an AS-400 system with over forty (40) entry screens and transform it into a Web based solution that will increase efficiency, decrease costs and increase customer satisfaction.

SOLUTION:
3B digital created an Extranet application "DCS Interactive". This application provides a customized interface for every customer. It provides an easy to use six (6) screen process that utilizes client account information to pre-populate the database while allowing for customization. The system is integrated with the United States customs software to streamline the importation clearance process.
